Tom Bowen | President

Earning his B.S. in Marketing and Advertising from the University of Nebraska, Tom is also former Marketing Director for Williams Group and has been involved with strategic business and marketing programming at many levels of the health care industry. He has spent eleven years consulting with private practitioners and the industry at large in all areas of organizational management, strategic planning, internal marketing, and external marketing.  He is a member of the Academy for Health Care Marketing and a renowned lecturer worldwide on organizational management, team building and communication, internal and external marketing, consumer behavior, and greater personal achievement.

Brad Williams | Vice President

Brad is Founder and CEO of Williams Group and is Vice President of Practice Coach.  He earned his degree from Illinois College of Optometry, worked as one of the Marketing Directors for an International contact lens company in his early years and then started a practice management consulting business for optometrists in 1986 and veterinarians in 1992.  Brad is a worldwide lecturer on all issues of practice management and marketing.  He has consulted with hundreds of practitioners in all areas of organizational management, staff management, financial management, internal marketing and external marketing.

Bill Nolan | Vice President

Bill is a graduate of Creighton University and studied accounting and finance at St. Louis University and Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He joined Williams Group™ in 1989. Bill has lectured at most all major practice venues in the United States, Canada and Australia on such subjects as staff management, business finance and organizational management. He has published several articles on each of these subjects in several national optometric journals.

Valerie Wham, M.B.A. | Senior Consultant

Valerie is a Senior Consultant for Practice Coach, Inc. Valerie has an extensive and varied background in veterinary medicine, along with a Masters in Business Administration, and a teaching certification and B.A. in English. She also graduated from the Veterinary Management Institute (VMI) at Purdue University. Valerie spent 10 years working in various capacities in a three-hospital veterinary operation in Des Moines, and was the Director of Operations for a large corporation of 75 hospitals across the country. Among her responsibilities there she supervised and consulted with area managers and hospital directors on all aspects of their hospital operations. Her specific areas of consulting focus include strategic planning, human resources, budgeting and financial management, internal marketing and general operations management. Valerie has been a consultant with Practice Coach, Inc., since 2000.

Tammi Sufficool, M.B.A. | Client Consultant

Graduating with high distinction, Tammi earned a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in management from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. She has been involved in organizational development, staff training and management, and strategic business planning within the healthcare industry since 1986.

Jason Peck | Senior Consultant

Jason attended Doane College in Nebraska with an emphasis in Business Management. He has 10 years of veterinary consulting experience and implemented the Solutions program successfully for seven years in a five doctor practice. Previous to Practice Coach, Jason worked as a marketing consultant for three years in a Fortune 500 company. In addition Jason assisted in the start-up and management of a pet food company for three years.
